Darryl and his son, 10-year-old Anthony spent 2 days checking out the variety of charters that Puerto Vallarta can offer.  Anthony surprised Phil with his technical ability despite his age.  Their first day was with Miguel and Juan on the SOL.  The Roosterfish were big and plentiful on the north side of Punta de Mita.  Anthony hooked and released 7 but kept the one in the photo to have mounted. 

Darryl and Anthony spent their second day on the STRIKE ONE and landed several big Dorado.  This species, raw or cooked is the BEST!  Nicole used a filet of Anthony's Dorado to prepare her Recipe of the Month.   Congratulations Anthony, that is a very impressive catch for a 10-year old!
